About the role

You'll own digital marketing strategy and the results it delivers. Day to day you'll set channel strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and lifecycle programs, manage the budget and agency relationships, and lead the in-house team that executes. You'll review performance dashboards, reallocate spend to what's converting, oversee brand consistency across campaigns, and report growth metrics to the executive team with clear commentary on what's next.

What you'll bring

You bring years of digital marketing leadership, fluency in attribution and funnel metrics, and a record of scaling programs profitably. You develop strong marketers, push agencies for performance rather than activity, and balance brand building with measurable acquisition.
